Cancellation Policy

To cancel an existing registration, email gsgimpactsummit@congressbydesign.com.

  • We will refund 75% of the price paid for any cancellations received up to and including 30 November 2026
  • We cannot provide any refund for cancellations received on and after 1 December 2026
  • Registration can only be transferred to another participant from the same company. An administration fee of €40 applies for every modification received after 30 November 2026.
  • Refunds, where applicable, will be processed after the Summit.
  • Any associated costs incurred, such as travel and accommodation, will not be reimbursed.

Payment methods

We accept payments by iDeal (Wero), Mastercard, Visa, Apple Pay and Google Pay for online registration.

To pay by invoice, please contact gsgimpactsummit@congressbydesign.com. We do not reimburse registrants for any bank fees associated with paying by invoice.

Letter of Invitation

If you need a letter of invitation for a visa application, please contact gsgimpactsummit@congressbydesign.com.

A letter of invitation will only be sent after a registration has been paid for, and will only mention the Summit registrant.
