Cancellation Policy

Kindly be advised that the following cancellation policy applies:

  • Notification of cancellation of registration must be sent by email to gsgimpactsummit@congressbydesign.com.
  • For cancellations received up to and including 30 November 2026, a cancellation fee of 25% will be charged.
  • For cancellations received on and after 1 December 2026, no refund will be given, full amount required.
  • Transferring the registration to another participant is not accepted, unless the participant is from the same company. An administration fee of €40 applies for every modification.
  • Refunds, where applicable, will be processed after the meeting.
  • Travel and accommodation will not be reimbursed.

Payment methods

We accept payments by iDeal (Wero), Mastercard, Visa, Apple Pay and Google Pay. It is not possible to register online with the option to pay by invoice. If this is the only payment method possible for you, please contact the GSG Impact Summit 2027 secretariat at . Please note that any applicable bank fees for payment by invoice are at your own expense.

Letter of Invitation

If you need a letter of invitation for your visa application, please contact the GSG Impact Summit 2027 secretariat at gsgimpactsummit@congressbydesign.com.

Please note that a letter of invitation will only be sent after payment of the registration fee and will only mention the summit registrant.
